Our Return Policy
We want you to love your order! But if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise purchased from our website, postmarked within 14 days of receipt, in exchange for store credit.
How to Return:
- Please ensure your item meets our return conditions and is not a sale item.
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery, and all returned items must be shipped back within 14 days.
- Include your Order Number (found in your confirmation email or printed invoice) and a brief Reason for Return (e.g., wrong size, defective). You can include the original packing slip or simply write this info on a piece of paper.
Return Shipping:
- To initiate a return, please email us at returns@livefera.com.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- For questions about returns from online orders or pop-up purchases, feel free to reach out anytime!
- Once your return is received at our warehouse (allow 3–4 business days), please allow 7–10 business days for processing and issuance of store credit.
- Store credit will be emailed to the original address used for your purchase.
Return Conditions:
- Items discounted, marked SALE or Final Sale, are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Bodysuits are final sale.
- All original tags must be attached.
- Items must be in their original condition and free from defects caused by improper care or handling. Returns not meeting these standards will not be credited, and shipping fees for their return may apply.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service Team at returns@livefera.com within 5 days of delivery so we can promptly resolve the issue.
- We are not responsible for damages due to improper care or handling.
Exchanges:
- Due to high inventory turnover, we are unable to process exchanges.
- You may return unwanted items for store credit, which can be used toward a new purchase from our website.
